Do Premium Members Help Telegram Search Ranking?
Telegram does not publicly confirm that having more Premium subscribers automatically improves a channel’s search position. Premium is a user subscription, while a Boost is a separate action a Premium user can assign to a channel or supergroup. Record the exact query

Record the search surface

Keep the title and username unchanged
