Partial status means part of the order was delivered and the value of the remaining undelivered quantity was returned to your TGPANEL balance. Sometimes, for different reasons, we may not be able to deliver the full quantity, so the undelivered part is refunded to your balance.

Example: If you ordered 10,000 units for $10 and only 9,000 were delivered, the remaining 1,000 units will be refunded based on the same rate.

Drip Feed allows you to run the same order multiple times automatically with a selected interval.

Example: If you want 1,000 views but want them delivered as 100 views every 30 minutes, you can set:
Link: Your post link
Quantity: 100
Runs: 10
Interval: 30

Always make sure Quantity × Runs does not exceed the service maximum. Also, do not set the interval lower than the service start time, because it may cause order issues.

Use this format on each line:

ServiceID|Link|Quantity You can find the service ID from the services page:
https://tgpanel.org/services

Example: 3740|https://t.me/channel1|1000 3740|https://t.me/channel2|1000 3740|https://t.me/channel3|1000

You can connect TGPANEL services to a compatible child panel or your own website through the API. This is useful for resellers, agencies, and users who want to sell SMM services from their own website.

The cancel or refill button sends a request trigger. It does not always work instantly. Sometimes it may be too late to cancel an order, and sometimes an order may not be eligible for refill based on the service rules.

This FAQ explains how to use Telegram services on TGPANEL correctly. It covers Telegram premium members, members, views, reactions, comments, bot starts, invite links, public links, refills, Telegram search updates, and common order issues.

TGPanel Telegram services are suitable for Telegram channel owners, group admins, bot owners, agencies, marketers, and resellers who want to grow Telegram channels, groups, posts, or bots.

Log in to your TGPanel account, choose the Telegram service you need, read the service description carefully, enter the correct link, select the quantity, and submit your order.

Each Telegram service has different rules. Some services accept public links, some support invite links, some require post links, and some work only for channels, groups, bots, or polls. Reading the description helps you avoid wrong orders.

You usually need the correct Telegram link and the quantity you want to order. Depending on the service, this can be a channel link, group link, post link, bot username, bot link, referral link, poll link, or invite link.

A channel link points to the channel itself, such as:
https://t.me/channelname

A post link points to a specific post inside a channel, such as:
https://t.me/channelname/123

Member services usually need a channel link or invite link. Views, reactions, comments, and shares usually need a post link.

Open your Telegram channel, tap or click the channel name, and copy the public username link. If the channel is public, the link usually looks like:

https://t.me/channelname

Open the Telegram post, click or tap the share option, and copy the post link. For public channels, the link usually looks like:

https://t.me/channelname/123

Yes, but only if the selected service supports private channels, private groups, or invite links. Some services work only with public Telegram links, so always check the service description before ordering.

Invite links are usually better for accurate tracking because joins can be counted through that specific link. Public links may not update instantly and can depend on Telegram statistics or search updates.

For Telegram premium members, you can usually use either a public channel link or an invite link, depending on the service description. Invite links are recommended because they show real-time joins more accurately.

Invite link is usually the better option. Public links may update only when Telegram search or channel statistics update, which can take several days or longer. Invite links make it easier to track exactly how many users joined through your order.

It is not recommended. Use a new invite link for each order so every order can be tracked separately. Do not restrict, delete, expire, or reuse the invite link before the order and refill period are finished.

If the invite link is invalid, deleted, restricted, expired, or reused incorrectly, the order may not be tracked or refilled properly.

For public links, refill is usually based on the premium member count shown in Telegram channel statistics, not the start count of your order. This means refill checking may depend on when Telegram updates the premium statistics.

For invite links, refill is based on how many users joined through that specific invite link. When requesting refill, send your order ID and a screenshot or screen recording of the invite link join statistics.

If you used an invite link, send your order ID and a screen recording or screenshot of the users who joined through that invite link. If you used a public link, your premium statistics may need to be checked after the next Telegram search or statistics update.

Telegram search is Telegram’s internal search system that shows channels, groups, bots, and suggested results based on Telegram’s own algorithm. It usually shows channels you have already joined first, then suggested results.

Telegram search usually updates every 8 to 14 days, but sometimes it can take up to 30 days or more. Rankings may stay fixed until the next update.

Telegram premium statistics are not updated instantly. The premium section in channel statistics usually updates only when Telegram search or statistics are refreshed.

No. Telegram search and statistics updates are controlled by Telegram. TGPanel cannot force Telegram to refresh search rankings or premium statistics instantly.

No. Premium members can support credibility and growth signals, but Telegram search ranking depends on multiple factors, including channel name, username, description, keywords, activity, engagement, and Telegram’s own algorithm.

For Bot Start service, you can usually use the bot username, bot ID, or bot link, depending on the service description.

Examples:
@botusername
https://t.me/botusername

You can use a referral link only if the service description says referral links are accepted. Some Bot Start services accept only the bot username or bot link.

Each Telegram user can usually be counted as a referral for only one account per bot. If a user has already started the bot or was counted for another referral before your order, they may not count as a new referral for you.

Choose a Telegram views service, enter the direct Telegram post link, select the quantity, and place your order. Do not enter the channel link if the service asks for a post link.

Yes. You can usually order views for old posts as long as the post link is valid and accessible.

Choose a quantity that looks natural compared to your channel size. Very unrealistic view numbers can make your channel look suspicious.

Choose a Telegram reactions service, enter the Telegram post link, select the quantity, and place your order. Some services allow you to choose a specific emoji, while others deliver mixed reactions.

Reaction orders may fail or not deliver if your channel is private, reactions are disabled on the channel, reactions are disabled on the specific post, the post link is wrong, or the selected service works only for channels and not groups.

Yes. Reactions must be enabled on both your Telegram channel and the specific post before placing a reaction order.

Yes, but your channel must be connected to a discussion group, and posting comments should not require users to join the group first. If comments are open and accessible, you can place the order using the post link.

Comments may not work if your channel is not connected to a discussion group, comments are disabled, users must join the group before commenting, the post link is incorrect, or the service does not support your channel setup.

You need to connect a discussion group to your Telegram channel. After that, users can comment under your channel posts.

Some Telegram comment services support custom comments. If custom comments are available, follow the format shown in the service description.

Choose a Telegram poll votes service, enter the poll post link, select the quantity, and follow the instructions in the service description.

Some Telegram poll vote services allow you to choose the poll option. If the service asks for an option number or answer, make sure you enter it correctly.

Choose a Telegram channel boost service, enter your channel link, select the number of boosts, and place your order. Make sure your channel is eligible and that the selected service supports your channel type.

Pending means your order has been submitted but has not started yet. This can happen because the service is in queue, the link needs checking, or the provider has not started delivery.

In Progress means your order has started and is currently being delivered.

Completed means the system has finished processing your order. If you believe the result is incorrect, check the link, numbers, and service description before contacting support.

Canceled means the order could not be processed. This may happen because of an invalid link, wrong format, unavailable service, private target, or provider issue.

Your order may be stuck because the service queue is busy, the link is incorrect, the target is private, the service requires a public link, or Telegram has delayed updates.

Check the service description and order status first. If the expected start time has passed, contact TGPanel support with your order ID.

If you enter the wrong link, the order may fail, be delayed, or be delivered to the wrong target. Always double-check your link before submitting the order.

Usually, no. Once an order is submitted, the link cannot be changed. If you made a mistake, contact TGPanel support as soon as possible.

This can happen because of Telegram delays, wrong link format, drops, private links, service limitations, or statistics not updating instantly. Contact support with your order ID if needed.

Include your order ID, service name, Telegram link, issue description, and screenshots or screen recordings if needed.

Refill means the service may replace dropped members, views, reactions, or other engagement during a specific period if the drop is covered by the service rules.

No. Some services include refill, while others are no-refill. Always check the service description before ordering.

Drop means some delivered members, reactions, votes, or other engagement may decrease after completion. Drops can happen because of Telegram cleanup, account inactivity, or service quality.

Choose higher-quality services, use invite links when possible, avoid unrealistic quantities, do not reuse tracking links, and place orders gradually.

No. Drops can happen on Telegram services. If retention is important, choose higher-quality services with refill.

Yes, but it is better to wait until the first order is completed before placing another order for the same link and same service.

Yes. For example, you can order members for a channel and views or reactions for a post. However, avoid placing multiple active orders of the same type on the same link.

Yes, but start gradually. Add useful content, complete your channel profile, and avoid very large orders at the beginning.

Before ordering members, make sure your channel has a profile photo, clear name, description, username, pinned post, and several useful posts.

If your channel looks empty, members can improve credibility. If you already publish content, views and reactions can make your posts look more active.

For most beginners, Telegram members and post views are the easiest services to start with. After that, reactions, comments, and shares can improve engagement.

A natural strategy means growing members, views, reactions, comments, and shares gradually in a way that matches your channel size, niche, and posting activity.

Avoid wrong links, unrealistic quantities, multiple active orders for the same link, deleting invite links, reusing tracking links, ignoring service descriptions, and sharing Telegram login details.

No. TGPanel does not need your Telegram password, login code, or personal Telegram account access for standard services.

No. Most TGPanel services only require a valid Telegram link, post link, bot link, poll link, or invite link.

Using the correct link, suitable quantities, and the written service instructions reduces avoidable problems. No third-party growth service is completely risk-free, so avoid spammy or unrealistic patterns.

Telegram can restrict channels that violate its rules. Use services responsibly, avoid spam, and keep your content compliant with Telegram policies.

Yes. TGPanel provides API access for users who want to automate orders, connect their own SMM panel, or resell Telegram services.

Yes. If your panel supports API integration, you can connect TGPanel and resell Telegram services through your own platform.

No. Drip Feed does not work with Mass Order or API.

Start with a small test order, check the delivery quality, and then scale gradually based on your results.

Read the service description first. If you are still unsure, contact TGPanel support and explain your goal, link type, and the service you want to use.

No. No panel can honestly guarantee Telegram search ranking. TGPanel services can support your growth strategy, but Telegram search ranking depends on many factors controlled by Telegram.
