Terms of Service

These Terms form an agreement between you and TGPANEL regarding your use of tgpanel.org, its dashboard, mobile web app, API, payment features, support system, and related services.

• You must have the legal capacity to enter into this agreement. If you are below the age of legal majority where you live, use the platform only with valid permission from a parent or legal guardian.
• If you use TGPANEL for a company, agency, client, or other organisation, you confirm that you are authorised to accept these Terms on its behalf.
• If you do not agree with these Terms, do not register, add funds, use the API, or place an order.
• Our Privacy Policy explains how information is handled and forms part of your use of the platform.

• Provide accurate registration and contact information and keep it reasonably current.
• Use one account unless TGPANEL gives you written permission to operate additional accounts for a legitimate reason.
• Keep your password, email account, API key, and authentication details confidential. Activity performed through your account is treated as authorised unless you report compromise promptly.
• Do not sell, rent, transfer, or share an account in a way that creates security, payment, or abuse risks.
• Notify support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access, a leaked API key, suspicious balance use, or an unknown order.

TGPANEL may request reasonable verification before changing account details, restoring access, processing a sensitive request, or investigating suspected fraud.

TGPANEL provides third-party Telegram marketing and engagement services. Depending on availability, these may include members, targeted members, post views, story views, reactions, comments, poll votes, post shares, boosts, bot starts, mini-app starts, referrals, Stars, and related services.

• Services support visibility, engagement, testing, presentation, or promotional activity. They do not replace useful content, audience strategy, customer service, or organic marketing.
• We do not guarantee revenue, sales, customers, Telegram search position, recommendations, verification, organic reach, or any specific business result.
• Quality labels such as Regular, Premium, Real, Targeted, Refill, Non-Drop, or similar terms mean only what the current service description states. They do not create an unlimited or lifetime guarantee.
• Telegram may change its systems, limits, ranking behaviour, account rules, or technical protections at any time. Such changes can affect availability, speed, retention, or results.
• Normal TGPANEL services do not require your Telegram password, login code, two-step verification password, or active Telegram session. Never provide those credentials in an order field or support ticket.

• Correct target: Submit the exact public post, story, channel, group, bot, mini-app, referral, username, or invite link required by the service.
• Access: Keep the target public or accessible for the full delivery and refill period unless the description expressly supports a private target or invite link.
• Do not edit the target: Avoid changing the username, invite link, visibility, post, story, group settings, or other relevant details while the order is active.
• No overlapping orders: Do not place another order from TGPANEL or another provider for the same metric and target until the first order is completed, partial, cancelled, or otherwise closed.
• Starting count: Record the visible count before ordering. Refill and delivery checks may rely on the starting count and TGPANEL records.
• Quantity and limits: Follow the minimum, maximum, daily limit, channel age, post age, country, and eligibility conditions shown in the service description.

Start times and delivery speeds are estimates based on recent performance. They are not guaranteed deadlines. Delays may result from demand, Telegram changes, supplier maintenance, target restrictions, refill queues, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.

• Drops can happen: Members, views, reactions, votes, comments, referrals, or other metrics may decrease because of Telegram cleanup, user behaviour, account deletion, platform changes, or supplier conditions.
• Refill applies only when stated: A refill is available only if the service name or description includes a refill period or refill guarantee.
• Refill covers eligible loss: It normally replaces qualifying drops up to the ordered amount during the written window. It does not cover loss caused by deleting content, changing the target, reducing the count manually, using another provider, or breaking service requirements.
• Automatic refill is not universal: Some services require a refill request through Orders or support. Refill speed may differ from initial delivery speed.

• Payments are normally made in advance and credited to your TGPANEL account balance after confirmation by the payment provider.
• The displayed order price is calculated using the service rate and quantity at the time of submission. Prices may change for future orders without notice.
• Payment providers may apply network fees, processing fees, currency conversion, minimum deposits, verification, or other conditions outside TGPANEL’s control.
• Your TGPANEL balance is platform credit for purchasing available services. It is not a bank account, stored-value financial account, investment, or interest-bearing balance.
• Balance is not transferable between users unless a feature expressly allows it. Promotional, bonus, giveaway, or manually credited balance may have additional restrictions.
• You are responsible for any taxes, duties, reporting, or payment obligations that legally apply to your use of the platform.

• Orders are generally not refundable when the target was wrong, private, deleted, changed, expired, inaccessible, or incompatible with the stated service requirements.
• Orders affected by overlapping providers, duplicate submissions, artificial starting-count changes, or customer actions may be ineligible for refund or refill.
• A drop is not automatically a refund event. The service’s written refill coverage applies instead, if included.
• Telegram Stars, Boosts, Premium-related benefits, gift-type products, and other irreversible digital items may have stricter cancellation limits once fulfilment begins.
• If you believe a payment or order is wrong, contact support first with the transaction ID and order ID so the issue can be reviewed.

You are responsible for the accounts, channels, groups, bots, links, campaigns, and content you submit. Do not use TGPANEL in a way that violates law, third-party rights, Telegram rules, or these Terms.

• Do not use services for scams, fraud, impersonation, phishing, malware, credential theft, deceptive financial schemes, or unlawful goods and services.
• Do not promote sexual abuse material, exploitation of minors, non-consensual sexual content, terrorism, violent extremism, direct threats, or illegal violence.
• Do not target people with harassment, stalking, intimidation, discrimination, or unwanted mass messaging.
• Do not submit content or targets that infringe copyright, trademarks, privacy, publicity, or other rights unless you have lawful authority.
• Do not probe, scrape, overload, reverse engineer, bypass access controls, exploit vulnerabilities, manipulate pricing, create fraudulent balance, or interfere with the website, API, suppliers, or other users.
• Do not create duplicate accounts to evade restrictions, misuse promotions, hide chargebacks, or repeat prohibited conduct.

• Keep API keys secret and regenerate a key immediately if it may have been exposed.
• Build reasonable rate limits, validation, duplicate-order protection, logging, and error handling into your integration.
• You are responsible for orders submitted by your software, staff, customers, child panel, or connected system.
• Pass relevant service requirements, refill limits, delivery estimates, and refund rules to your customers accurately.
• Do not represent yourself as Telegram, TGPANEL, or an official partner unless you have written authorisation.
• Your customer relationship, retail price, customer support, taxes, disclosures, and legal compliance remain your responsibility.

API availability and response formats may be updated for security, reliability, service changes, or new features. Where practical, TGPANEL may provide notice of material integration changes, but emergency security changes can take effect immediately.

TGPANEL may limit, suspend, or close access when reasonably necessary to protect users, payments, suppliers, the platform, or legal compliance.

• Reasons may include security risk, payment fraud, abusive chargebacks, prohibited activity, duplicate accounts, API abuse, harassment of staff, false information, or repeated violation of order rules.
• We may pause withdrawals of promotional credit, new orders, API access, or account changes while an investigation is open.
• Where practical, we may request information or provide an opportunity to resolve the issue. Immediate action may be taken for urgent fraud, security, legal, or safety risks.
• If a service is paused or discontinued, eligible unprocessed or undelivered value may be returned to account balance.

You may stop using TGPANEL at any time. Closing an account does not erase obligations, completed transactions, dispute records, fraud-prevention records, or information that must be retained under the Privacy Policy or applicable law.

• TGPANEL is provided on an “as available” basis. We do not promise uninterrupted access, error-free operation, permanent service availability, or compatibility with every Telegram change.
• You remain responsible for deciding whether a service is appropriate for your account, content, campaign, legal obligations, and tolerance for platform risk.
• TGPANEL is not responsible for Telegram restrictions, bans, content removal, lost reach, search changes, customer complaints, lost profits, reputational loss, data loss, or indirect or consequential damages caused by your use of a service.
• We are not responsible for delays or failures caused by Telegram, payment networks, hosting providers, suppliers, internet outages, force majeure, legal restrictions, customer actions, or other events beyond reasonable control.

You agree to be responsible for losses, claims, and reasonable costs caused by your unlawful use of the platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person’s rights, to the extent permitted by applicable law.

• TGPANEL materials: The site design, original text, software, dashboard, branding, and documentation belong to TGPANEL or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, publish, or reverse engineer them except where law permits.
• Your content and links: You keep your rights in information you submit. You give TGPANEL and necessary providers limited permission to process it only for operating, securing, supporting, and fulfilling the service.
• Third-party services: Telegram, payment providers, external links, and service suppliers have their own rules and privacy practices. TGPANEL does not control their independent decisions.
• Changes to Terms: We may update these Terms for operational, technical, legal, security, or service reasons. The “Last updated” date will identify the current version. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms.
• Severability: If one provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.
• No waiver: A delay in enforcing a provision does not permanently waive the right to enforce it later.
• Dispute process: Contact support first and provide the relevant account, payment, and order information. If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it will be handled under the applicable law and by a court or forum with lawful authority over the parties and transaction.

Ask before ordering when a service requirement, refill condition, payment issue, or account rule is unclear. Include the service ID, order ID, or transaction reference when relevant so support can review the correct record.
